How we checked
Last checked October 17, 2026 against globalfest.ca. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text. One of the sources could not be fully re-checked, so a person will review this listing.
Notes from the last check
The official GlobalFest site states the 2026 festival runs August 27–30, 2026 at Spruce Meadows, Calgary, which confirms the upcoming edition. A May 2026 news report says the organiser had suspended operations the previous December before the move, so the pause is noted but the 2026 dates are on the official page.
